In 2001 The Humidour Cigar Shoppe established its annual "Smoke on the Water" event, held at the Museum of Industry.
Their reasoning for creating this event was to raise money for various charities and to share their success by giving
back to the community. The event gave Humidour customers the opportunity to meet with the cigar manufacturers and
receive a sample of their product. In addition to the cigar sampling with fellow aficionados, there is great food
by The Barron (located in Lexington Market) and music by Sons of Pirates to be enjoyed; not to mention an amazing
Greek Auction consisting of various baskets to meet almost anyone's pleasure. Just a few of the Beneficiaries of
past Smoke on the Water events include: The Tony Siragusa Foundation, Adalius Thomas SLASH fund, Susan G. Komen
(Breast Cancer Foundation), Survivor Diver and Dan Wilcox's Empowerment MINDS foundations. Over the years we have
raised over $100,000. We have sold out for the past 8 years, so be sure to check our calendar to see when tickets
go on sale!
